Overview of Agniveer Technical role

The Agniveer Technical role is designed for candidates who have a strong background in science and mathematics. Technical soldiers are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operating the Indian Army's advanced weaponry, communication systems, vehicles, and electronic equipment. This trade requires a higher level of intellectual and technical aptitude compared to other roles, which is reflected in the syllabus and exam pattern of the Common Entrance Examination.

The Technical written exam consists of 50 questions, carrying a total of 200 marks. The subjects covered are:

• General Knowledge (10 Questions - 40 Marks): Covers history, geography, current affairs, and basic military facts.
• Physics (15 Questions - 60 Marks): Focuses on motion, gravitation, laws of force, thermodynamics, electricity, and basic electronics.
